The second meeting of the Boksburg Group was held in Singapore in July 2003. The objective of this second meeting was to try and agree what provisions a WTO agreement on trade facilitation might contain. The meeting also introduced the paper 'A Possible Approach for a Trade Facilitation Agreement in the WTO'.
